Congrats to Michael and Melissa Szwed in their fantastic wedding today.
All went well, even though our GM freaked out (she's wonderful, but has a tendency to flip if something isn't 300% PERFECT!).
One of our chefs, Angel, made Macaroni and Cheese, and had 3 bowls left. Each bowl had been out for a while, so they were a little, uhh, crunchy on the top. Anyway, I don't like mac-n-cheese, but when Angel offers you something, you don't say no. So, I dug down a little bit, picked up a forkful, and shoved it in my mouth.
I almost died.
The mac-n-cheese was SOO good! Later, she made me a new bowl of fresh gouda mac-cheese, and when I couldn't finish it all, I almost cried. Well, maybe not, but you get the idea! :)

So kudos to Amanda (GM), Nancy (Innkeeper), Angel (Chef), Steve (Executive Chef-wonderful, BTW), and everyone else who participated in making this wedding amazing!
